General Information All orders are processed within 7-31 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods We offer standard courier delivery via DPD or DHL, as well as InPost parcel lockers. Shipping costs are calculated individually and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times The estimated delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method:

Standard Courier within Poland: 1-2 business days.

InPost Delivery within Poland: 1-2 business days.
Shipping Delays Occasionally, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions or courier logistical issues. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you directly to provide an updated delivery estimate.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track your package online.
International Shipping Currently, we only ship our products within Poland and the European Union. We plan to expand our shipping destinations to other countries in the future.
